Law Clerk Diane Bell provides legal support to the office attorneys by researching legal issues, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, and interacting with the courts and clients.
Ms. Bell graduated from Michigan State University in 2013 with double bachelor degrees in German and Spanish. She went on to graduate Magna Cum Laude from Western Michigan University - Thomas Cooley Law School in 2019.

Paralegal and Office Manager John "Max" Habermann oversees the day to day operations of the firm. He maintains the dockets and processes discovery requests for the firm municipal clients, interacts with clients, oversees firm client billing, drafts various pleadings, discovery and motions, and aids in client development.
Mr. Habermann graduated from Grand Valley University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. Mr. Habermann then went on to complete a paralegal certificate program at Lansing Community College in 2013.
Our office also employs part-time staff members that are essential to firm operations. Each semester our office also has several legal externs and/or law clerks to assist the firm attorneys and to gain experience in the legal field.
